MOTD membership tiers

The MOTD membership is broken down into several membership tiers
which allow you to scale your usage as you need it. Membership dues
can be paid all at once for a year, or in monthly increments listed
below. Hits are not counted against your quota, only total bytes
transfered in a day. Quotas are reset at 00:00:00 UTC daily.
